During the flagship Blackbox program, Blackbox Connect, 12 entrepreneurs from all around the globe live and work together at Blackbox Mansion. Throughout their two weeks stay they learn from, and connect with the network of Silicon Valley's best thought leaders, industry experts and investors.

Fadi has been helping talented technology entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley fo the last 20 years. Prior to founding Blackbox, he was the Founder and CEO of techVenture, building teams for early-stage technology startups. He assisted 43 startups, of which 17 have successfully exited. Those include, for example, Zynga, bebo, Lala, Tapulous, CubeTree, MerchantCircle and Apture.
Julia is a serial entrepreneur, with background in product management and front end development. Prior to joining Blackbox she lived in Warsaw, where she worked with Polish startups at their very early stage. She writes about Silicon Valley for natemat.pl (Polish). She's been also creating and managing a vibrant online community of designer lingerie enthusiasts.
Jenny is a startup enthusiast, writer, connector and opportunity creator. She is our designated German and representing the company in Europe. Before joining Blackbox, she worked as a consultant for a market development agency in Germany and hosted European startup events like ADVANCE Conference focusing on digital media and technology. As an MA in Media Culture she is interested in the interplay of technology and society.
GlennSKii is a vocalist/MC and Geographer, also working in audio/music production, and a whippet trainer/sport-designer/breeder. Originally from Texas & Maryland, he spent one year in Vietnam and over 18 years in Poland, where he released 4 albums on major labels like Sony and Warner. He toured Poland and Europe with bands and as an MC (about 800-1000 gigs). He founded and organized 3 years of ground-breaking weekly jam sessions in Sopot, Poland. Michael manages Immaculate Conception Ventures, a tiny seed stage fund. He was a member of the founding team at Inquira (acquired by Oracle) and VP of Corporate Strategy at Softricity (acquired by Microsoft). He holds a PhD in Computer Science from MIT and is the author of Rapid Chess Improvement and co-author of Professional Scrum with Team Foundation Server 2010.
